HOW TO USE

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT<\/strong>: the substrates to be covered must be sound, dry, free from loose parts, dust, dirt, grease, oil and any other material that could compromise the adhesion of the product to the substrate.
\nBefore carrying out the treatment, it is always necessary to carry out thorough sanding followed by the extraction of the dust produced using an industrial vacuum cleaner in order to guarantee adhesion to the substrate.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT<\/strong>: mix the two components at the moment of use and apply at temperatures from +10\u00b0C to +35\u00b0C.
\nMix the two components separately, then pour the contents of component B into component A and mix the compound with an electric mixer at low speed for a few minutes, until completely mixed. Mix only the quantities that can be used within the maximum workability time.
\nIf you wish to confer to POLYLUX COLOR FR<\/strong> a non-slip finish it is necessary to add, under continuous mixing, the micrometric fillers SAFE STEP R13<\/strong> at a rate of 5-10% by weight.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

APPLICATION<\/strong>: apply POLYLUX COLOR FR<\/strong> no later than 48 hours after the application of epoxy and polyurethane coatings at a temperature of +20\u00b0C. Depending on the type of application, the product can be diluted with a specific thinner at a rate of 3-5%. The mixed product can be applied using a short-haired roller or by airless spraying; it is recommended to apply the product in two crossed coats and taking care not to exceed the recommended doses.
\nIn case the surface is damp or there is no vapour barrier, the surface must be treated with approx. 500-1000 g\/m2 of UNICO TRIEPOXY<\/strong>, the surface will then need to be primed with a coat of EPOXYLUX AC\/F.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

GLOSSY OR MATT COLOURED POLYURETHANE FINISH<\/h3>\n

It is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane coating, highly resistant to wear and abrasion, with a final matt or glossy appearance, ideal as a finish for epoxy and polyurethane floors and can be used as an anti-dust coating for concrete floors (without counter-thrust humidity). It is resistant to water, the main chemical agents, oils, fuels and cigarette burns.
