PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT<\/strong>: clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, pay attention to the condition of the support because the presence of previously applied protective products or finishes could hinder or render the product ineffective.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

APPLICATION<\/strong>: before any application, perform a sample test on a less visible portion of the surface to ensure that the substrate is free of any contaminants that may be incompatible with the product.<\/p>\n

Apply LITHIUM H<\/strong> on cold surfaces (not scorched by the sun) with temperatures above 10\u00b0C, avoiding that the treated surface is exposed in the following 24 hours after the
\ntreatment in the event of rain. In extremely hot and windy weather, it may be useful to moisten the concrete with water before applying the product to cool the surface and prevent it from LITHIUM H<\/strong> dries too quickly. Avoid contact with glass, fabrics, metal or painted surfaces. In the event of accidental contact, clean the affected areas immediately.<\/p>\n

Apply with a low pressure sprayer or manually by spraying evenly on the surface from a distance of 30 cm. Any accumulations of product can be redistributed with a soft bristle broom or microfibre applicator. At high temperatures, it is recommended to keep the treated surface wet for at least 10 minutes, adding product if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The surface will be walkable as soon as it is dry, but the polymerization with its effects requires at least two weeks of maturation, a time that varies depending on the weather conditions and the temperature at the construction site, in case of cold weather or high humidity (or in case of poor environmental ventilation) the support could remain wet for a long period. After the product has dried, a light deposit of lithium could form on the treated surface, this is an unabsorbed excess that can be eliminated with a rigid broom, an electric sweeper or a monobroom, if the concrete has been colored use an automatic floor cleaner to eliminate the excess product after 30 minutes from its application.<\/p>\n

On internal concrete surfaces that have just been poured and smoothed with a propeller trowel, it can be applied directly after trowelling, after creating and cleaning the joints or at a later time. Protective and anti-adhesive products can be used directly on the LITHIUM H product as soon as the surface is dry.
\nOn external surfaces: In the case of external concrete surfaces, if not yet trowelled with the helicopter, wait until the surface is solid enough to withstand the passage of pedestrians before applying.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The product must be stored in its original, hermetically sealed containers at temperatures between 10\u00b0C and 30\u00b0C, protected from direct sunlight and in ventilated areas. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note, if the material is kept for storage beyond the recommended shelf life, it will not necessarily be considered unusable but a prior product check must be carried out.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

LITHIUM-BASED DENSIFIER MODIFIED WITH ANTI-SALT WATER REPELLENT<\/h3>\n

LITHIUM H<\/strong> is a water-based, odorless, solvent-free, lithium-based formulation with highly water-repellent properties, designed to protect concrete surfaces from damage caused by rain, the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, humidity and the penetration of chloride ions. The effect of lithium silicate combined with the chemical reaction of the hydrophobic part makes LITHIUM H<\/strong> a unique formulation for
\nthe protection of concrete from the action of chlorides.<\/p>\n

The product penetrates the substrate and reacts with the free lime forming soluble hydrated calcium silicate which makes the concrete more resistant to water and abrasion, facilitating the maintenance of the substrate and increasing its duration. The hydrophobic part also reduces the permeability of the substrate on one hand, helping to offer a high resistance to the penetration of chloride ions, and on the other hand prevents the formation of unwanted efflorescence, ensuring stability to the treated surfaces.
