Crumbly parts, paint residues and anything that may affect the adhesion.\nAny metal supports present in the affected areas must be free of rust, rolling slag and other impurities. For this purpose we recommend to intervene with an energetic brushing and with a special primer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT<\/strong>: pour component B (catalyst) into component A\n(resin) and mix with low-speed drill to avoid air fouling.\nGradually add under stirring the inert (quartz) until a homogeneous and free of lumps\ncompound is obtained.\nEPOXY FLOOR must be applied at a temperature between +10\u00b0C and +30\u00b0C.\nCaution: do not apply to wet or dusty substrates and do not apply if the primer is\nhardened<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION<\/strong>: EPOXY FLOOR can be used as:<br \/>\n1) PRIMER (A+B) mix only A+B and then spread evenly with a medium-haired roller on the surfaces to be reconstructed.<br \/>\n2) BINDER FOR RECONSTRUCTION MORTAR (A+B+INERT) Mix A+B and add the inert material in the doses and ways indicated.<br \/>\n\u2013 Before the primer hardens, apply the reconstruction mortar, in the required thickness, made up of EPOXY FLOOR A+B and aggregates.<br \/>\n\u2013 Working and smoothing the mortar with a helicopter using fine blades and finishing with smooth, flush trowels.<br \/>\nOnce hardened, saturate the surface with EPOXY FLOOR A+B and apply the specific finish, for example: EPORIV 30\/FR or POLYLUX COLOR\/FR.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row-full-width vc_clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1657700496601 vc_row-has-padding-top vc_row-has-padding-bottom vc_row-bg-position-top\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_inner vc_row-fluid vc_row-bg-position-top\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PRODUCT YIELD<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Primer A+B: 0.30-0.40 Kg\/m2<br \/>\nReconstruction mortar loaded with quartz: ratio 1:9 approximately 20 kg\/m2 per centimetre of thickness.<br \/>\nMixing ratio by weight is: Primer Comp. A : B = 100 : 50 kg<br \/>\nReconstruction mortar loaded with quartz: Comp.
