Description
HOW TO USE
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: the surfaces for which the product is intended ACRIPOL FR must be dry, clean, free from oils, greases and any means that could promote detachment due to poor adhesion; very porous surfaces or those with craters and cavities such as formwork concrete, must be previously smoothed with epoxy cement smoothing compound such as UNICO TRI-EPOXY.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: pour component B into component A in a 1:2 ratio, then mix at low speed for 4 – 5 minutes with a drill equipped with a propeller/spiral so as to incorporate as little air as possible, also moving the bottom and walls of the bucket well.
APPLICATION: apply in conditions of RH lower than 80%, for outdoor applications do not apply on rainy days and apply only on perfectly dry surfaces with temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, avoiding application on surfaces scorched by the sun. ACRIPOL FR can be applied by airless spray in one or two thin coats, with an average consumption per coat of approximately 80 – 100 g/m² (10-12 m2/kg). Applications with a brush or roller are also possible, for which it is recommended (on poorly absorbent surfaces) to slightly dilute the product with solvent for polyurethane and apply several light coats with short-haired Mohair-type rollers (for polyurethanes), to avoid the formation of unsightly micro-bubbles.
