PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: the treatment must be carried out on concrete that has been seasoned for at least 28 days, with the surface thoroughly cleaned and dry to the touch, mechanically remove any traces of membrane residues, film treatments from the surface and seal the cracks or restore the damaged areas. Sealants, oil, grease, dirt, dust and residues must be removed beforehand. For basic washing, use CLEAN SPECIAL, a concentrated alkaline, non-caustic degreasing detergent, then apply the treatment on a completely clean and dry surface, taking care to eliminate dirt and any surface protective products or other products that could prevent the correct penetration of the product itself.

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: PROTEX K100 is ready to use and does not require dilution.

APPLICATION: apply PROTEX K100 in a thin and uniform layer until the substrate is completely covered using a low pressure sprayer and making uniform with a wax spreader or fleece with a microfibre pad, taking care to spread out any accumulations of product.
It is necessary that the product does not dry before it has penetrated deeply, therefore keep the treated surface wet for at least 20 minutes, adding product if necessary. In the event that the absorption of the liquid is slowed down, it is advisable to slightly humidify the treated surface by nebulizing small quantities of water using a nebulizer without exaggerating so as not to excessively dilute the treatment. Remove any part of the liquid that is not absorbed and let the surface dry properly, in order to proceed with the subsequent concrete smoothing and polishing cycles, it is advisable to let the surface dry for at least 12/24 hours before carrying out the abrasion of the surface.
After having sanded or polished the floor with resin abrasives, considering a cycle of grits from 100 to 800 grain size until obtaining the desired result, you can apply (to increase the shine and reinforce the protection) the ULTRA SHINE PRO nano lithium-based polishing finish or the ULTRA SHINE PRO finish. SUPER SHINE.
The treatment is to be considered for internal use, do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and, in case of very hot temperatures, it may be useful to moisten the surface with water beforehand to prevent the product from drying too quickly. If the product is applied in a very cold or humid environment, these conditions will slow down the drying of the product; if after an hour from application the flooring is too wet, it is advisable to wash the surface with an automatic floor cleaner to remove excess product.
