PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: The treatment must be carried out on concrete that has been cured for at least 28 days, on a thoroughly clean and dry surface. Mechanically remove any traces of membrane residues, film treatments from the surface and seal the cracks or restore the damaged areas. Sealants, oil, grease, dirt, dust and residues must be removed beforehand, taking care to eliminate any residue that could prevent the correct penetration of the product; for basic washing use BETON REFRESH or CLEAN SPECIAL non-caustic alkaline degreasing detergents, then proceed with the treatment on a completely clean and dry surface.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: thanks to the high active solid content, the product can be diluted in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:10 in water.

APPLICATION: apply CONCRETE CONS-Li in a thin and uniform layer until the substrate is completely covered, use a low pressure sprayer for application and even out with a wax spreader or fleece with a microfibre pad, taking care to spread out any accumulations of product.
It is necessary that the product does not dry before it has penetrated deeply, therefore keep the treated surface wet for at least 20 minutes adding product if necessary, in case the absorption of the liquid is slowed down it is recommended to slightly humidify the treated surface by nebulizing small quantities of water using a nebulizer, without exaggerating so as not to excessively dilute the treatment. Also avoid that wet and dry areas form in this time interval. Remove any part of the liquid not absorbed and let the surface dry properly, for the subsequent concrete smoothing and polishing cycles it is recommended to leave a drying time of at least 12/24 hours before proceeding with the abrasion of the surface. You can then proceed to polishing with a single-brush machine equipped with suitable felts or you can move on to a phase of further smoothing/polishing of the surface with resin abrasives considering a cycle of grits from 100 to 800 grain size, until you obtain the desired result. You can further apply, if deemed necessary to increase the shine and reinforce the protection, the ULTRA SHINE PRO nano lithium-based polishing finish or the SUPER SHINE product.
The treatment is to be considered for internal use, do not apply at temperatures below 10°C and, in case of very hot temperatures, it may be useful to moisten the surface with water beforehand to prevent the product from drying too quickly. If the product is applied in a very cold or humid environment, these conditions will slow down the drying of the product.
