Solvent-based acrylic resin thinner

XILO1 is a solvent specially formulated for diluting solvent-based acrylic resins from the Federchemicals range and for cleaning the equipment used for their application. It can also be used as a flow improver to enhance the workability of the resins.

Description

HOW TO USE

The product is ready to use.

AS A DILUENTuse XILO 1 following the instructions provided in the product datasheet it is intended for.

AS A CLEANERremove fresh resin by immersing the cleaning equipment in a container containing XILO 1 or by rubbing the surfaces to be cleaned with a cloth soaked in the product. Dispose of the product residues according to the current waste disposal regulations.

STORAGE

The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the delivery note date, provided it is stored indoors, in sealed packaging, protected from heat sources and freezing, at a temperature between +5°C and 30°C. If the material has been stored beyond the recommended storage stability duration, it may not necessarily be unusable, but a qualitative check on the application-related characteristics should be carried out beforehand.

In addition to good working practices, before applying the product, it is advisable to read the safety data sheets that are available on our website www.federchemicals.it or upon request to your local dealer, as well as the instructions on the packaging. Do not store the product at temperatures below 10°C. We decline all responsibility for the processing and for damage that may result from improper and incorrect use of the product. The indications we give on the characteristics of the product and the methods of use come from in-depth results of laboratory and technical tests.

However, since it is not possible to produce other elements of judgment when the products are used, these indications must not be considered binding and therefore do not represent a formal guarantee.
