HOW TO USE
The FEDERCOTT/CA product is used as received. Before applying the product, it is necessary to proceed with a thorough basic cleaning with the detergent DETERGON R3 or BIOSAN, after which, when the flooring is dry, proceed with the application. Pour the product into a basin and with the help of a wax spreader, a short-haired roller or a brush, spread the product evenly, applying two coats to the surface with average intervals of 4 hours between each other (to be assessed depending on the temperature, environmental and surface humidity). To amplify the shine of the treatment, it is possible to polish the surface with a domestic polisher or with a single-brush machine equipped with a white pad. For normal maintenance cleaning, we recommend the use of neutral pH products such as DETERGON R3 or BIOSAN. To maintain the shine of the treatment, use the product LOOKING for COTTO, diluted in water according to the recommended doses.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not use alcohol or solvents for ordinary or extraordinary cleaning of surfaces treated with FEDERCOTT/CA, avoid applying the product during the hottest hours of the day, avoid drafts during application, do not use at temperatures below 10° C or too high.
INDICATIVE COVERAGE
For highly absorbent terracotta: approximately 11 to 15 kg per 100 m2 per coat. For mechanical terracotta or medium absorbent surfaces: approximately 10 to 12 kg per 100 m2 per coat.
STORAGE
The product must be stored in the original containers, perfectly sealer, at a temperature between 0 and 30°C and shielded from direct sunlight. In these conditions, the product has a selflife of 12 months of the date quoted in the delivery note. If the material has been stored for longer than its recommended selflife, it might still be suitable, but this has to be determined beforehand by performing quality checks on its application-related properties.
