HOW TO USE
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: surfaces must be correctly
prepared and roughened, cleaned, free from dust, oil, grease, friable parts, paintwork and
however from anything that may harm the adhesion of the product. After preparation
On poorly absorbent surfaces, such as ceramic, it is recommended to smooth
with the UNICO TRIEPOXY primer by interposing a systematic reinforcement mesh.
PRODUCT PREPARATION: coloring: add the necessary coloring (color toner) to comp. B (liquid part) and mix very well. Once the product is smooth and uniform, proceed by slowly pouring comp. B into comp. A while stirring and continue until homogenized, correct the density with small additions of water.

APPLICATION
It is of fundamental importance that the substrate on which the product will be applied is free of residual or rising humidity and in any case with a lower RH rate than 2% in order to avoid the appearance of unwanted chromatic variations. It is recommended to apply to the surface with a smooth spatula (American spatula), in the case of applying two coats, before applying the second coat, it is recommended to let the previous layer dry and, if necessary, sand delicately with a rotary orbital sander with fine sandpaper between one coat and the other in order to eliminate any imperfections, then proceed to vacuuming up all the resulting dust using a vacuum cleaner. FINISHING: If a very smooth surface is required, proceed by applying a layer of
finish with MICROCRETE TOP fine (see technical data sheet).
SURFACE PROTECTION
The surface created can be protected and finished with various types of impregnating agents, applying them later between 24 and 48 hours after creation and with a coating that has reached a humidity lower than 5 % measured with instruments suitable for this purpose. As a matt or glossy finish, we recommend proceeding with the product POLYLUX TR/F transparent (solvent-based) or POLYLUX AQ (water-based) or POLYLUX FINISH matt acrylic-polyurethane system, or with EXTRA MATT protective wax.
IDENTIFICATION RETURN
1.5 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.
STORAGE
12 months in original unopened packaging, MICROCRETE TOP must be stored in a cool, dry environment.
