PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: can be applied on all surfaces in concrete, concrete screed or mortar, the application is possible for both new and existing concrete floors. The treatment must be carried out on cement aged for at least 28 days, with a well-cleaned surface and dry to the touch. Mechanically remove any traces of membrane residues, film treatments and seal cracks or restore damaged areas. Sealants, oil, grease, dirt, dust and residues must be removed in advance taking care to eliminate any residue that could prevent the proper penetration of the product. For the basic wash use BETON REFRESH or CEMENT CLEANER, non-caustic alkaline degreasing detergents, or ZERO OIL to remove heavier types of dirt. Then on a completely clean and dry surface proceed to the treatment.

APPLICATION:the product is available in concentrated or ready-to-use version and can be used pure (ready-to-use) or diluted up to 1:10 in water (concentrate). Apply in a thin and uniform layer until completely covered in substrate, use for the application a low pressure nebulizer and even with cotton wool or cotton wool with microfiber pad taking care to spread any accumulation of product. The product must not dry before it has penetrated deep, then keep the treated surface wet for at least 20 minutes by adding the product if necessary, in the case where the absorption of the liquid is slowed down, it is advisable to slightly dampen the treated surface by spraying small quantities of water with a nebulizer, without exaggerating to avoid over-diluting the treatment. Also avoid the formation of wet and dry areas during this time. Remove any unabsorbed liquid and allow the surface to dry properly, for the subsequent cycles of sanding and polishing of the concrete it is recommended to leave a drying time of at least 12/24 hours before proceeding with the abrasion of the surface. It will then proceed to polishing with a single brush equipped with suitable felts or you can move on to a phase of further sanding/ surface polishing with resinoid abrasives considering a grain cycle from 100 to 800, Until the desired result is achieved. It can be applied further, if deemed necessary to increase the gloss and strengthen the protection, the nano-lithium polishing finish ULTRA SHINE PRO or the product SUPER SHINE or you can apply a protective cycle with oil repellent products such as OIL BLOKER or LI-PLUS.
