NEUTRAL DETERGENT FOR CONCRETE SURFACES

CEMENT CLEANER It is a pH-neutral detergent for the ordinary cleaning of concrete floors and other hard surfaces, ideal for removing traces of foot traffic and dust or dirt deposits.
CEMENT CLEANER contains quaternary ammonium salts that give it an excellent sanitizing capacity, at the same time the absence of ammonia / caustic soda or substances with an acid pH allow this detergent to be used on any type of surface that has protective and aesthetic treatments and finishes such as polished concrete, palladiana and natural stones such as marble and granite. Thanks to its high concentration, its cleaning and sanitizing capacity it is an ideal product for cleaning food shops, offices, banks, shopping centers, warehouses, distribution centers, food processing plants (such as cold rooms or bottling plants) and production areas.
CEMENT CLEANER removes dirt and sanitizes by acting in depth without leaving residues or white streaks. Suitable for the application of HACCP self-control plans.

Description

HOW TO USE

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: vacuum or remove in advance any dirt, sand, shavings or other solid residue.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: the product is used diluted in variable proportions depending on the type of dirt to be removed. For maintenance cleaning of floors, dilute the product at a concentration of 1 to 5% (10-50 ml per litre of water).

APPLICATION: the product is low foam, if used correctly it does not require rinsing. in case of excessive dosage the floor may be sticky, in these cases it is advisable to rinse with water. once the surface cleaning cycle is finished it is advisable to rinse the equipment with clean water.

ATTENTION

It is recommended to carry out a test on a small portion of the floor to be treated to ensure the suitability for the application and that the results are as desired. Allow the surface to dry before carrying out checks and proceeding with the application.

STORAGE

The product must be stored in its original, hermetically sealed containers at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and in ventilated areas. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note, if the material is kept for storage beyond the recommended shelf life, it will not necessarily be considered unusable but a prior product check must be carried out.
