Description
HOW TO USE
Dilution: The product is used as received.
Application: Before using LITHOS, it is necessary to carry out a basic cleaning with DETERGON R3 or CLEAN SPECIAL or with SANNY KAL. When the surface is perfectly clean and dry, apply LITHOS with a brush or roller, distributing the product abundantly and evenly in 1/2 coats, 3-4 hours apart. For the continuation of the finish (oil repellent), it is recommended that when using solvent-based products, such as: REP–OIL-NEW, CTF/40, KEOS/928 or KERASTONE, or water-based products such as: IDROBASE 303, they are applied the following day, in 1 or 2 coats, 4-6 hours apart, depending on the absorption power of the support. For any application on vertical surfaces, we recommend the airless spray system, dispensing the product in 2 coats a few hours apart on dry surfaces and outdoors, expect it not to rain for at least 2 days after its application. LITHOS is suitable for application on the back of marble with any cement-based adhesive compatible with the following characteristics: C2ES1; C2TES1; C2ES2; C2TES2. Federchemicals recommends stone suppliers / contractors to verify this compatibility with the glue manufacturer. Therefore, the compatibility between the glue and our impregnating / sealant can only be confirmed by the glue manufacturer.
PRECAUTIONS
Never apply LITHOS water repellent in full sun. Always do a small test sample on a surface to check for any changes in color of the material.
