Description
HOW TO USE
LSI can be used in concentration (pure) or diluted with demineralized water in any ratio. The concentration of use is functional to the porosity of the treated materials and the application method. Industrial application: apply a thin and uniform layer of the product on perfectly dry and clean surfaces, using a spray, a roller or another suitable applicator. After drying, remove the residues of the product using a brush equipped with suitable pads positioned on the tape after having estimated the appropriate times for the removal of the residues. After this operation, the treated tiles may be packaged. We always suggest doing a preliminary test to check for any variables that may influence the application of the product. On-site application: apply a thin and uniform layer of the product on perfectly dry and clean surfaces, using a brush, a roller or a single-brush machine, after about 10 minutes, even out the product to eliminate any excess. To remove the residues, you can use all the tools mentioned above. Allow the surfaces to dry and do not walk on the treated area for approximately 5-10 hours, depending on the humidity of the environment. The product could also be used as a pre-treatment on site, before the joint. After 24-48 hours the product will develop its effectiveness against dirt. In some cases, LSI 1 can be effective, in addition to dust, against oil, wine and permanent marker stains. It is advisable to carry out preliminary tests to verify the compatibility of the product with the support or to be treated and the optimal concentration to use.
STORAGE
The product must be stored in the original containers, hermetically sealed, at temperatures between 0 and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note. If the material has been kept beyond the recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable but a quality control must be performed beforehand on the characteristics relevant to the application.
