A-plus

A-PLUS is a non-film forming oil repellent colour enhancing, specifically developed for lowporosity compact surfaces like resinbonded composite materials. It is ideal for enhancing and adding brightness to even the dullest colours, while protecting the surface against finger prints from normal use or left during installation. The product can be applied on tiles and slabs prior to installation or on finished works such as kitchen tops, vanity tops etc. The stable, impregnating formula of APLUS makes it also suitable for recovering and refreshing the colours of worn surfaces: floors, stairs etc., and for protecting the surface structure without creating unsightly films. APLUS is resistant to UV rays and maintenance washing. Excellent used with the cycle of maintenance products such as A-SHINE, spray cleaner without halos, or in combination with A-CLEANER, specific detergent for the removal of limestone deposits.

Description

HOW TO USE

The product should not be diluted. The surface must be clean and dry before applying the product. Spread a small amount of A-PLUS evenly over the entire surface, avoiding that excess product leaves stains on the surface. Use a cleaning pad or a white cotton cloth to spread the product. The balanced formula of this product allows its use on automatic lines and for manual application as well. It is not greasy and doesn't dry up too quickly. Manual application on slabs: apply some drops of A-PLUS on slabs placed horizontally then spread the product evenly using a pad. Wait a few minutes then massage A-PLUS over the surface with a sheet of dry soft paper or a cotton cloth to remove any excess. Coverage: Approx. 35/55 square meters per litre. Automatic application on polished slabs: spray the product on slabs placed horizontally at the end of the waxing line, using the waxing machine. Feed the slabs to the felt polishing station to remove excess product. Coverage: Approx. 50/80 square meters per litre.

PRECAUTIONS

It is advisable to always carry out a preliminary test in order to check the compatibility of the product with the surface to be treated and with the desired effect, as well as to better determine the consumption according to the characteristics of the material to which it is intended the product and personal processing system. Do not apply the product at temperatures lower than 10°C; the optimum temperature of treatment is between 10 and 25°C. Do not apply under direct exposure to sunlight. It is advisable not to wash the surface for the 24 hours following application of A-PLUS.

STORAGE

The product must be stored in the original containers, perfectly sealer, at a temperature between 0 and 25°C and shielded from direct sunlight at ventilated area. In these conditions, the product has a self-life of 12 months of the date quoted in the delivery note. If the material has been stored for longer than its recommended self-life, it might still be suitable, but this has to be determined beforehand by performing quality checks on its application-related properties.
