ACRYLIC PROTECTIVE FOR MINERAL SUPPORTS AND PRINTED FLOORS

ACRIFLOOR it is a solvent-based protective varnish based on selected acrylic resins, featuring exceptional clarity and resistant to the alkalinity of the substrate.
Suitable for protecting, reviving and reinforcing plaster, concrete and mineral substrates in general (exposed bricks, washed gravel, stone, etc.). Resists the diffusion of carbon dioxide and therefore guarantees excellent protection against carbonation of reinforced concrete. It can be applied on concrete with residual humidity, since the microporous structure of the film allows excess humidity to escape.

Description

HOW TO USE

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: ACRIFLOOR It's ready to use.
APPLICATION: it is applied directly on cement, stone, stucco, bricks, concrete. ACRIFLOOR can be applied in two coats by air spray, airless spray, roller or brush. The nozzle must be 1.9 – 2.2 mm and the pressure 4 atm. The application conditions are as follows: temperature above 5°C and relative humidity <85%. Do not apply ACRIFLOOR in the presence of high atmospheric humidity, blazing sun or strong wind.

80/125 ml/m2 per applied coat.

STORAGE

The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of the delivery note,
provided that the material is stored indoors, in a sealed container and protected from heat sources and frost. If the material has been kept beyond the recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control must be performed beforehand on the characteristics pertaining to the application.

Do not store the product at temperatures below 10°C. We decline all responsibility for the processing and for damage that may result from improper and incorrect use of the product.
