RELEASE MIXTURE FOR STAMPED FLOORS

DISTAX is a ready-to-use, dry, premixed release agent for molds, specially formulated for easy distribution on fresh concrete surfaces, used for the creation of stamped and/or decorative floors. Thanks to its formulation, it creates a fine “impalpable” layer that easily separates the mold from the fresh concrete, and also gives a further “natural” shaded effect to the stamped floor.
DISTAX is a non-stick powder, formulated for use on surfaces already treated with DEKOCRETE QUARTZ.
DISTAX is resistant to UV rays because it is formulated with natural and synthetic iron oxide carbonates, it gives the floor deep shades and long-lasting chromatic effects, it is also compatible with the ACID COLOR coloured acid-based colouring and shading treatments and with the ACRIFLOOR finishing treatment.

Description

HOW TO USE

It is applied by sowing at a rate of 100 – 120 g/m2 with one or more passes.

ATTENTION

Do not use Calcium Chloride or Calcium Chloride-based products in the presence of colored concrete.

AVAILABLE COLORS

It is available in standard colors visible in the color chart. On request and for quantities greater than 1600 Kg it is possible to order customized colors.

STORAGE

The product has a shelf life of 2 months, if stored properly in its original packaging and in a dry place. DISTAX is packaged in plastic buckets, to protect the product from external agents and humidity, and to give the possibility of closing the lid hermetically, allowing the product to remain intact until its reuse.

Do not release into the environment. In addition to good working practices, before applying the product, it is advisable to read the safety data sheets that are available on our website www.federchemicals.it or upon request to your local dealer, as well as the instructions on the packaging. Do not store the product at temperatures below 10°C. We decline all responsibility for the processing and for damage that may result from improper and incorrect use of the product. The indications we give on the characteristics of the product and the methods of use come from in-depth results of laboratory and technical tests.

However, since it is not possible to produce other elements of judgment when the products are used, these indications must not be considered binding and therefore do not represent a formal guarantee.
