PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: the surface to be treated must be free of any pollutants such as oils, grease, dust and pre-existing paints, and must be perfectly dry, sound and cohesive. For surfaces in Cls it is necessary and advisable to carry out shot peening. Any repairs to the concrete must be made with synthetic mortars made with EPOXY FLOOR, taking care to always obtain a rough finish. With a dry and moisturefree surface, you can apply the adhesion primer, FEDERPRIMER with an estimated consumption of 200 300 g/m2 and with a surface quartz dust. In the presence of wet surfaces we recommend applying the primer UNICO TRIEPOXY in 2 successive coats with a minimum consumption of c.a. 1 Kg/m. Wait at least 48 hours before you can proceed with the next application of EPORIV/ AR PLUS coating.

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: two-component product to be mixed thoroughly at the time of use. Mix part A beforehand and add part B in the proportions indicated. Mix with a low speed mechanical drill until you get a homogeneous product and free of lumps.

APPLICATION: apply EPORIV AR PLUS evenly and within approx. 20 minutes at +23°C. Possibility of applying two coats in 24 hours. The product is applicable from +5°C, applies with normal painting equipment such as brush, roller.
