Solvent-based wax remover, ideal for all stone surfaces such as marble, granite, agglomerates, terracotta.

The FEDERSOLV DW44 product is a mixture of slow-evaporating, non-water-soluble paraffin solvents. It consists of removing the pre-existing layer before proceeding with a new impregnation with FEDERCOTT/C or with LUX paste wax or with COVER. Specific dissolver of old treatments carried out with resins, silicones, natural and synthetic paste waxes, metallic waxes. Eliminates old layers of linseed oil and dirt anchored by paste waxes in old floors, even of a greasy oily nature. To be carried out when the treated floor is so stained and dirty that it requires complete cleaning. Ideal for any type of rustic or polished terracotta, antique or modern, smooth or worked. For natural and artificial stone, wood, klinker, stoneware, ceramics and in general for solvent-resistant surfaces. For this purpose, specific wax removers such as DEC and FEDERSOLV DW44 are used. FEDERSOLV DW44 is used effectively to even out opacity and streaks due to incorrect application. It does not cause foam problems.

HOW TO USE

For wax removal cleaning, soak a rag thoroughly, turning it over and replacing it often, or with a single-brush machine. Dilute FEDERSOLV DW44 in the following method: 5 parts of product in 2 litres of water before use. Pour the solution into the tank of the single-disc or single-brush machine and proceed with wax removal. Collect the dissolved dirt with a wet vacuum cleaner, then rinse thoroughly.

PRECAUTIONS Ventilate the room well during use.

STORAGE

The product must be stored in the original containers, perfectly sealer, at a temperature between 0 and 30°C and shielded from direct sunlight. In these conditions, the product has a selflife of 12 months of the date quoted in the delivery note. If the material has been stored for longer than its recommended selflife, it might still be suitable, but this has to be determined beforehand by performing quality checks on its application-related properties.
