HOW TO USE
APPLICATION: apply NANO-LITHIUM HD in a thin and uniform layer until the substrate is completely covered, use a low pressure sprayer for application and even out with a wax spreader or fleece with a microfibre pad, taking care to spread out any accumulations of product.
It is necessary that the product does not dry before it has penetrated deeply, therefore keep the treated surface wet for at least 20 minutes, adding product if necessary. Also avoid that wet and dry areas form during this time.
For subsequent concrete smoothing and polishing cycles, it is recommended to leave the product to act for at least 12/24 hours before proceeding with the abrasion of the surface. After smoothing or polishing the surface with resin abrasives, considering a cycle of grits from 10 to 800 grain size and until the desired result is obtained, you can apply (to increase the shine and reinforce the protection) the nano lithium-based polishing finish ULTRA SHINE PRO or the product SUPER SHINE.
The treatment is to be considered for internal use, do not apply at temperatures below 10°C and, in case of very hot temperatures, it may be useful to moisten the surface with water beforehand to prevent the product from drying too quickly. If the product is applied in a very cold or humid environment, these conditions will slow down the drying of the product. If one hour after applying the product the flooring is too wet, we recommend washing the surface with an automatic floor cleaner to remove the excess product.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: the treatment must be carried out on concrete that has been cured for at least 28 days, with the surface thoroughly cleaned and dry to the touch. Mechanically remove from the surface any traces of membrane residues, film treatments and seal the cracks or restore the damaged areas.
Sealants, oil, grease, dirt, dust and residues must be removed beforehand, taking care to eliminate any residue that could prevent the correct penetration of the product; for basic washing use CLEAN SPECIAL non-caustic alkaline degreasing detergent, then proceed with the treatment on a completely clean and dry surface.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: NANO-LITHIUM HD It is ready to use and does not require dilution.
ATTENTION
Make sure you have the latest update of the technical data sheet and the safety data sheet for the product. Avoid contact with surfaces for which the product is not intended, in case NANO-LITHIUM HD comes into contact with glass, fabrics, metal or painted surfaces, immediately clean the affected parts with a cloth dampened with water and then dry them with a clean cloth.

Yield may vary depending on the finish and the concrete surface to be treated. Troweled concrete: 1 litre every 9/13 m2.
On surfaces with a polished finish: from 10% plus to quantify.
STORAGE
The product has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between +10°C and +25°C.
