FULL GLASS MICROSPHERES TO BE USED AS ADDITIVES FOR SEALING RESINS

SAFE STEP R13 They are pure, high-quality, high-transparency full glass spheres with high roundness and elasticity which, thanks to the smooth and homogeneous surface and the absence of foreign bodies, guarantee superior performance and increase slip resistance when inserted into resin systems.
SAFE STEP R13 is to be considered as an additive to be mixed with floor sealing resins to increase slip resistance.
Thanks to the roundness of the glass granules SAFE STEP R13 reduces the disadvantages of less cleaning of a surface with anti-slip properties, furthermore they do not alter the transparency of the resin, have high impact resistance, influence viscosity, do not absorb the resin, are resistant to UV rays (not yellowing) and have excellent chemical resistance.

Description

HOW TO USE

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: Mix approximately 5-7% of the weight into the relevant floor resin.
Add and incorporate carefully in the indicated quantity and mix for 1-2 minutes with a mechanical stirrer until a homogeneous system is obtained. Only after having carefully mixed the resin with the microspheres can the coating be applied.

APPLICATION: the material must be kept mixed during processing and after any work interruptions to avoid uneven application due to possible deposits of the microspheres on the bottom. Make sure to add the quantities indicated.

STORAGE

The product must be stored in the original containers, hermetically sealed, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and in ventilated areas. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note. If the material is kept in storage beyond the recommended shelf life, it will not necessarily be considered unusable, but a preventive check on the product must be carried out.

Do not store the product at temperatures below 10°C. We decline all responsibility for the processing and for damage that may result from improper and incorrect use of the product.
