Description
HOW TO USE
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: after having densified the surface and smoothed it with resin abrasives up to 800 grit, it is advisable to remove any residual surface dust by vacuuming or lightly washing with a washer-dryer.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: ULTRA SHINE PRO is ready to use and does not require dilution.
APPLICATION: on a clean and dry surface, apply evenly with a microfibre pad and taking care to distribute a light layer of ULTRA SHINE PRO, leave to dry for at least 60 minutes. If deemed necessary, you can repeat this step, trying to avoid applying excessive quantities, as an excess of product would not harden correctly, thus creating unsightly results and whitening. Once dry (at least 60 minutes), we recommend passing over with a high-speed polisher (2000/2500 rpm) using a natural bristle pad to significantly increase the shine of the treated surface. Once dry, the floor will be ready for pedestrians to walk on. Complete drying generally takes 1 or 2 hours. We recommend avoiding washing the surface for a period of 7 days after the final treatment in order to avoid any unsightly reactions. The treated surfaces will reach maximum technical resistance within 7 days.
For the ROUTINE MAINTENANCE We recommend surface sweeping and subsequent washing with a washer-dryer and pH-neutral detergent CEMENT CLEANER in concentrations appropriate to the type of dirt or as specified in the technical data sheet.
ATTENTION
It is recommended to carry out a test on a small portion of the floor to be treated to ensure its suitability for the application and that the results are as desired. Allow the surface to dry before carrying out checks and proceeding with the application.
INDICATIVE COVERAGE
From 15 to 40 m2 per litre, depending on the porosity of the surface.
STORAGE
The product must be stored in the original containers, hermetically sealed, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and in ventilated areas. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note. If the material is kept in storage beyond the recommended shelf life, it will not necessarily be considered unusable, but a preventive check on the product must be carried out.
